Advancing Operational Continuity Through Joint Research

Stratic Systems collaborates with government agencies, research institutions, emergency organizations, and critical infrastructure operators to advance the science of autonomy under degraded conditions, contested environments, and infrastructure failure.

Our technologies are currently in research and evaluation.
They are being co-developed with mission users so they can be responsibly deployed in the future where continuity is critical.

Current Research Tracks

Stratic Systems is conducting active development on:

  • DAOCS™ — Distributed Operational Continuity

  • MEMAS™ — Modular Field Hardware for High-Uncertainty Environments

  • MDRV™ — Synthetic Failure & Resilience Verification

All work is performed through joint evaluation, simulation, laboratory testing, and limited controlled field experimentation as appropriate.

These efforts are part of a long-term roadmap toward responsible operational deployment within mission-critical environments.

What Government Partners Can Expect

1) Concept Evaluation & Technical Review

Help shape how continuity technologies should behave under infrastructure failure — without needing access to early prototypes.

2) Simulation & Synthetic Failure Insights

Receive resilience assessments across:

  • degraded communications
  • contested electromagnetic environments
  • intermittent routing or power
  • cloud-limited or denied operations

3) Joint Research Workshops

Work directly with Stratic engineers to evaluate:

  • autonomy boundaries
  • sensing priorities
  • resilience metrics
  • communication assumptions

4) Research Without Deployment Obligation

Participation supports research and technical validation today while helping guide systems that may later transition into operational deployment.

Government Research & Future Deployment Pathways

Stratic’s research aligns with federal priorities in:

  • National Resilience
  • Autonomy Under Constraint
  • Continuity of Critical Infrastructure
  • Cyber-Physical Reliability
  • Emergency & Disaster Response
  • Defense Operations in Contested Environments

Joint collaboration may support competitive applications for:

  • AFWERX / DoD SBIR / STTR
  • DHS S&T Research
  • NSF Resilience & Autonomy
  • FEMA Community Resilience Programs
  • USDA Continuity & Agricultural Resilience

Funding discussions support research today and help shape future deployment and procurement pathways.

Future Operational Readiness

Our goal is to transition validated continuity technologies into field-deployable systems for agencies, emergency networks, and critical infrastructure operations.

Research partners inform requirements and constraints that shape future deployment.
