Frequently Asked Questions

About Stratic Architecture

1. What does Stratic Systems build?

Stratic Systems develops continuity and sensing technologies intended to operate when infrastructure, connectivity, or local systems are degraded or unavailable.

Our work focuses on autonomy under constraint, modular sensing for unstable environments, and synthetic failure testing for mission-critical resilience.

Current research tracks include:

  • DAOCS™ — Distributed Operational Continuity
  • MEMAS™ — Modular Field Hardware for High-Uncertainty Environments
  • MDRV™ — Synthetic Failure & Resilience Verification

2. Are Stratic products available today?

Not yet.

Our technologies are in research, evaluation, and controlled testing with mission-aligned organizations.

They are not available for public or commercial deployment at this stage.

Today: research and validation
Tomorrow: responsible, operational deployment

3.  Can organizations participate in research?

Yes.

Government agencies, research institutions, critical infrastructure operators, and emergency organizations may request participation in research collaboration.

Participation supports testing, evaluation, and requirements shaping, not product installation.

👉 See the Partner Information page to request collaboration.

4. Which sectors does Stratic serve?

Our research supports mission environments where continuity is essential, including:

  • emergency operations
  • critical infrastructure
  • public safety systems
  • environmental and agricultural resilience
  • defense and homeland security missions

We do not currently operate commercial divisions or sector products.

5. How does Stratic protect sensitive data?

Stratic designs systems for data minimization, operator control, and secure continuity, including:

  • limited data collection
  • encrypted communication pathways
  • offline-first resilience
  • separation of identity, sensing, and operational data

We do not monetize or sell user data.

Technical security methods are patent-pending and disclosed only under appropriate agreements.

6.  Does Stratic systems replace existing tools?

No.

Stratic technologies are designed to strengthen and extend the capabilities of existing infrastructure, not replace it.

When future deployment occurs, our systems will augment critical operations during disruption, rather than disrupt existing tools.

7. What makes Stratic different?

Stratic technologies are designed for degradation, interruption, and uncertainty — not ideal conditions.

Where most systems fail due to connectivity loss, environmental stress, infrastructure instability, or contested networks, Stratic aims to continue operating and recover autonomously.

8.  Is Stratic a government program?

No.

Stratic Systems is an independent engineering organization.

However, our mission aligns closely with national resilience objectives, and we collaborate with government entities and public-sector partners on research and development efforts.

9.  Does Stratic use space-based data?

Stratic research may incorporate orbital or remote sensing data where appropriate, but specific implementation methods are not disclosed publicly and may only be shared under appropriate NDA, export control, or CUI-aligned agreements.

10.  How does Stratic handle outages or offline environments?

Stratic technologies are being engineered with a continuity-first architecture that enables:

  • local operation during outages
  • retained insight during disruption
  • controlled synchronization during recovery

Specific mechanisms are patent-pending and not published in public documentation.

11.  How is Stratic funded?

Stratic Systems is privately held and pursuing mission-aligned funding pathways including:

  • federal and state research programs
  • government innovation initiatives
  • strategic partnerships
  • nonpublic investment alignment

Funding supports research today and future deployment pathways when validated.

12.   How do I request more information?

Organizations may request:

  • research collaboration
  • partner briefings
  • technical alignment
  • evaluation participation

Use the Contact or Partner Information page to begin.

13. Will Stratic expand internationally?

Stratic may collaborate with international research and mission partners in the future, but only under:

  • clear national resilience objectives
  • responsible deployment requirements
  • compliance with U.S. export controls and security regulations

Any future collaboration would focus on research and technical alignment, not commercial deployment.
