Stratic Systems develops continuity technologies intended for mission-critical environments. 

Because these systems may support infrastructure, emergency response, and asset continuity, they are being designed with a path toward regulatory and operational compliance, not outside of it.

Compliance is not a badge — it is a requirement for systems that must endure.

Stratic technologies are engineered to:

• minimize unnecessary data collection
• operate securely during outages and degraded connectivity
• support bounded autonomy under operator authority
• preserve operational integrity during disruption
• align with the regulatory expectations of mission-focused environments
   

These principles ensure that future deployment can meet the requirements of the agencies and operators who rely on continuity standards.

While our technologies are not yet deployed, Stratic is building them to support alignment with relevant standards as research transitions toward operational use, including as applicable:

• NIST cybersecurity and continuity frameworks
• critical infrastructure protection guidelines
• emergency and interoperability expectations (e.g., ICS/NIMS concepts)
• state and municipal resilience directives
• export control and controlled-access regulations
   

Stratic does not claim current compliance or certification outside research contexts, nor do we claim classified alignment until applicable.

Before any future deployment occurs, Stratic will:

• evaluate regulatory applicability by environment
• define operator responsibilities vs. system responsibilities
• complete any required authorization or certification paths
• document autonomy boundaries and data behavior
• disclose operational controls under NDA or restricted agreements
   

The purpose of these steps is to ensure that continuity technologies are deployed responsibly, not prematurely.

Stratic is preparing foundational structures required for future federal participation, which may include:

• registration & compliance presence (e.g., SAM.gov, NAICS, UEI)
• eligibility for research collaboration and grant mechanisms
• export-control, CUI, and restricted technical release frameworks
• documentation practices for continuity, autonomy, and validation
   

These efforts support research today and responsible transition tomorrow.

Systems that protect communities, infrastructure, or responders must not bypass the standards intended to safeguard them.

Deployment must be earned through proof — not promised ahead of it.
